(Reuters) - Investors who believe LinkedIn Corp is overvalued after its explosive market debut last week may get their first crack at proving that Friday, when options in the stock start trading on U.S. exchanges.The share price of the professional social networking company more than doubled in its first day of trading on May 19 after its initial public offering price at $45 a share.
Microsoft says it is filing a complaint against Google with European Union competition regulators, adding to an exiting probe into whether the search engine discriminates against competitors.In a blog post Thursday, Microsoft's General Counsel Brad Smith claims Google has engaged in a "broadening pattern of walling off access to content and data that competitors need to provide search results to consumers and to attract advertisers."
