Arubadag will be celebrated in The Netherlands on March 24

On March 24, Arubans and friends of Aruba will celebrate Arubadag (Arubaday) at Home Boxx in Nieuwegein. Anthem and Flag Day is celebrated on Aruba on March 18 and is a national holiday; in The Netherlands it is celebrated the Sunday before or after the actual date.

Tickets cost 13 Euro and are available on the website www.arubadagviering. nl or at Arubahuis in The Hague. Tickets are sold at the door for 18 Euro per person; kids under 12 years cost 3 Euro and include free access to the Kids Corner. Entertainment is a combination of musicians, singers and dancers visiting from Aruba and artists living in The Netherlands. Food, drinks, Aruban sweets and gift items are for sale during Arubadag.
