Kristen Stewart stepped out in amazing style for her first premiere Red Carpet appearance wearing a Louis Vuitton spring-summer 2013 look on October 24 at the Kumamo Shrine in Japan.

While thousands of screaming fans raved about her presence, with high expectations for the final Twilight movie, photographers and fashion critics raved about her choice of designer and the perfection of her youthful, yet refined and sophisticated look.

Kristen's monochrome checkered Louis Vuitton playsuit needed little accessorizing and she perfected the sexy, self-confident look with just a pair of fierce black strappy stilettos and a few simple jewels; she wore her hair loose and her makeup flawless.

While Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2 premieres have been taking place these past two weeks in larger markets worldwide, Aruban fans are getting ready for the November 15 never-done-before "movie marathon-style" premiere on the island.
