Island Temptations Magazine brings readers the charms of San Nicolas

The Summer 2011 edition of Island Temptations is now available online (www.island-temptations.com) and on shelves at island resorts, hotels, local cafes, restaurants, retail outlets, and Ling & Sons Super Center. This edition’s theme is “San Nicolas Risin’,” with articles dedicated to the culture of the sunrise side of the island.

“San Nicolas has so many dimensions, so we easily filled an entire edition with so many of the charming facets that make San Nicolas such a welcome departure from the slick glossiness of Palm Beach and the hotel area…it just oozes the old Caribbean spirit,” says editorial and creative director Tina Causey-Escobedo. Local food and iconic landmarks and establishments are featured, but Island Temptations’ director of sales and marketing Rona Coster, spearheaded the hunt for the movers, shakers, and iconic personalities of San Nicolas that keep the torch burning through good times and bad on the sunrise side of the island.

Enthuses Rona, “We hope that our readers, both locals and tourists, will be inspired by the new edition to make the short journey to San Nicolas to enjoy the laid-back vibe of this integral part of Aruba’s landscape and culture!”
