In the spirit of community service the casino at the Radisson made a generous donation this week to the Special Olympics. A check of $ 1,000 was handed over to Rosalie Klein, in the name of casino patrons, in the name of The Casino at the Radisson management & and in the name of the Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa.
The money was collected during a series of events designed to raise awareness and help the local special athletes realize their dreams of travel to the international Summer Games event in Athens, Greece. The casino continued to also dish out cash this week as lucky patrons won more than us$ 5,000 in jackpots, enjoying exciting and engaging gaming experiences. The weekly Casino Bonanza played every Tuesday awarded the Radisson guest Phillip Gallagher and the Marriott guests Matt & Jessica Falzarano fun restaurant gift certificates, while the weekly Car Raffle promotion which will culminate on June 23rd with a car give-away bestowed a Digital Camera upon David Wever, dinner for two at Laguna Restaurant for Edwin Tromp and dinner for two at Gilligan’s Beach Bar & Grill to Joan Marin.
The Casino hosts always organize a slot tournament on Saturday, and this week Editha Feliziana, Sergio Pena and Roxana Matos walked away smiling with cash prizes in their hand. A brand new Suzuki Swift GLX is now on display as a Grand Prize for slot and table players. The cute blue car is a 4-door, with a 1.5 lt. engine, keyless entry, air conditioning and sport seats, among other great features. The Suzuki Swift GLX will be given away in just a few weeks, on July 23rd, and every Friday until then a casino happening awards attractive prizes to some of those who deposit their ticket in the designated drum. Pictured here this week’s winners.
