On Monday, members of the Housekeeping Department enjoyed breakfast at the Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort, then on Tuesday they spent some time playing volleyball and snacking at sunset on the beach between the Tamarijn and the Divi Beach Resorts. Another breakfast celebration, expertly catered by Intertotal, was hosted in the cafeteria at Divi Village, on Wednesday. Thursday delivered a change of pace, with a Total Latin Body Workout, on the terrace of Mulligan’s Golf Café, Bar and Restaurant at Divi Links. On Friday, the Housekeeping staff was picked up by bus, in the afternoon, heading straight to De Palm Island for a fantastic few hours of sea and sun.

The program also included daily prizes raffled among colleagues, says Executive Housekeeper Rachel van de Kamp, who helped put the schedule together for her crew of eighty-five, room attendants, housemen and supervisors, the caring individuals who make guests happy every day, cleaning rooms and public areas!
