Saturday afternoon at the closing of the second Pan American Conference on Obesity with special attention for childhood obesity, PACO II, delegates signed a 9-point working paper, which Minister of Health and Sport of Aruba, dr. Richard Visser will present at an upcoming summit of ministers of health of the pan american region.
PACO II had some 250 delegates, of which 100 came from abroad for the meeting, representing different international and multinational organizations. Among delegates were the Ministers of Health from Curacao and El Salvador and nutrition, medical and sports experts, among others, as well as the regional representatives of Coca Cola, Pepsi Co and Nestle.
