Minister Arthur Dowers confirmed during the 2011 Aruba Budget Meetings that they will build a new MAVO/HAVO (Secondary) school in the Noord Area. This will be for students living in the Noord, Tanki Leendert and Paradera Area. The Minister explained the motives for the delay in the project. These were mostly related to the planning process. The school will cost 29 million Aruban florins.
