Saturday morning Elmar noticed a problem in their high voltage network in San Nicolas, which caused a black out in different neighborhoods. Elmar personnel bypassed the problem at the transformer station at Weg Sero Preto and Weg Rooi Hundo and reconnected the electricity. The problem, that involved two caps getting stuck in the magnifix, might have been caused by heat at the transformer in Weg Rooi Hundo.
