Aruba’s power company, NV ELMAR announced lower tariffs, as of November 2012. It has been a few years since NV ELMAR has lowered the tariffs. The decrease is being realized with cooperation from WEB Aruba N.V., the production plant which has lowered its tariffs considerably as well through creating lower production cost opportunities.
