Sympathizers took to the street to celebrate in front of the Venezuelan Consulate here moments after Hugo Chavez was declared the winner of the Venezuelan Presidential elections Sunday night. A total of 1163 people were eligible for voting on Aruba, 814 votes were cast, 422 for Chavez and 373 for his sole opponent Henrique Capriles Radonski. Nineteen votes were deemed invalid.
