Cabdrivers lose case against airport PDF Print E-mail

A group of cabdrivers who had sued the Aruba Airport Authority to have the recently introduced restrictions and operations fee cancelled, lost their case. The judge decided the airport’s action was lawful, based on a protocol many of the cabdrivers had signed with Minister of Transport, Otmar Oduber.
