Congratulations to ATIA and CMB on successful Women in Leadership conference

The ATIA, Aruba Trade and Industry Association Women in Leadership conference, sponsored by Caribbean Mercantile Bank, CMB, was a great success. Various aspects concerning women in leadership positions, their development and opportunities were discussed. Participants expressed that it was an inspiring session and that they would like to attend a follow up conference on other important topics soon.

Delegates were asked to fill out a form and for each submitted form CMB donated Awg 20 to Fundacion pa Hende Muher den Dificultad, the foundation for women in difficulties. Five hundred forms were submitted; CMB put up an additional donation of Awg 5000 and made out a check for Awg 15000 to the foundation which is in dire need of financial assistance at this time. Foundation president Ivonne Spellen thanked CMB for the generous gesture.
