At the beginning of the new school year, the YMCA in San Nicolas and Dakota remind the community of Aruba that the afterschool program at both centers is open again and they are accepting registrations.

The afterschool program is available to children ages 4 to 12. The program Y's Care offers homework assistance daily, after which the kids participate at different activities, including recreational activities and sport. YMCA also has a Y's Teen program, where youngsters ages 12 to 16 receive homework assistance as well and can participate at different activities as well.

Aside from these programs, YMCA hosts seminars year round to teach the youngsters different tools that contribute to their development.

For information and registration, please contact YMCA at telephone number 5823072.
