ITF Junior Circuit sanctioned TIHTA is on |

More than 200 youngsters, ages 14 to 18 from 17 countries are competing at the 26th annual Aruba international youth tennis tournament, TIHTA. The tournament is an International Tennis Federation, ITF Junior Circuit event.
Minister Richard Visser of Health and Sport visited the competitions on Tuesday and encourages everyone interested in tennis to visit the Aruba Racquet Club for some great games. Among competitors is one girl who ranks in the top 100 in the world in her category, international referee Avertano Cruz of Mexico said.
Cruz added that the TIHTA is the most important competition of the Caribbean.
The games begin daily at 9 a.m. and end between 5 and 6 p.m. The finals are on Friday, July 6.
