Minister Otmar Oduber enjoys a surprise birthday party

On the weekend, friends and family members of Minister of Tourism, Transport and Labor, Otmar Oduber threw him a surprise birthday party at Rancho Monte Blanco. Partygoers enjoyed music and dancing with local bands Tsunami and Youth Xtreme. Most guests wore green, the color of the minister's political party.
