After a few months in jail, Gary Giordano left KIA prison Tuesday evening. A Judge of Instruction denied the prosecutor's appeal to extend his detention, Giordano is a free man. He left prison with his Aruba lawyer mr. Chris Lejuez and his U.S. lawyer Jose Baez.

The intention is for him to stay one night at a hotel and leave Aruba tomorrow morning early on a flight to Miami, Florida. The public prosecutor's office has appealed the Judge of Instruction's decision to free Giordano; the appeal will be in Superior Court tomorrow.
