Saturday morning police officers carried out two searches and detained three people in Coba Lodo and Catiri where they found marihuana plantations. More than 120 plants were confiscated and will be destroyed. Police found 40 plants at Coba Lodo and detained a man and a woman who were in the house.
At the house in Catiri they found more than 70 plants and arrested one man. After interrogation at the precinct the prosecutor decided to release the detainees, pending the investigation. The prosecutor will decide whether they will be charged and have to appear before a judge or will have to pay a fine, depending on the outcome of the investigation. More actions are expected in the coming days.
