A 60-year-old man passed away during a snorkeling trip with Palm Pleasure on Thursday. The man was with his partner in the water when the tour guide noticed he was floating, but looked unresponsive. The catamaran's crew immediately went into action and got the man back on the boat. Rapid responders met the catamaran at the pier, but could not do anything more to revive him. Family members of the man said he had a heart condition and had been operated on in the past. Victim assistance was present to help his partner who was in shock.
