 Saturday evening police stopped personnel of Circo Rolan from setting up their operations. They had been notified that the circus had no permission to set up shop at the location as yet. Police asked to see permits, but no one had these on hand and it was proven they had the right to be on the island, but did not have the permits to set up as yet. Previously there had been issues getting their equipment released by customs.
