 Police conducted a massive search in Piedra Plat for three men who were spotted in an attempt to commit an armed robbery on a beauty salon Friday night. A neighbor spotted three men with a knife, hammer and firearm in an attempt to attack the person in charge at Margriet Beauty Salon. She screamed and went into her house; the three men ran away. Police immediately acted on the notification; they found a rental car, the three weapons and clothing that might have been from the three men.
