 Wednesday afternoon, after neighbors in Tangerinastraat found it odd that they had not seen their mild mannered neighbor all morning, they decided to go take a look and found him unresponsive inside his apartment.
Police and paramedics were notified, but Mr. Chabe Rosalia (63) was already dead. Paramedics called for a doctor. Apparently Mr. Rosalia died of natural causes.
